Tim was prompt and professional in responding to inquiry about a BlueStar range & scheduling was a breeze. While onsite, I asked if he could also look at my GE Profile fridge. They were equally knowledgeable about the issue, but tried a protocol for unfreezing the water line first. It was not a complete fix, so Tim gave me my options - the best of which was ordering select parts if I was planning to keep the fridge (it is panel-ready/custom, so that was a huge relief). Outside of his control, the parts were backordered/delayed, but Tim was proactive in keeping me updated. Returns within days of receiving the parts in the evening, which I appreciated. Tim was spot on, it was a 100% fix to the issue.Id recommend without hesitation, especially for Blue Star / Big Chill products.

Tim is excellent. He clearly seems seasoned and highly professional. You never know when you call a company and how the experience will be. However, I can say with great confidence, he is excellent and will not let you down. We saw him mainly for a consultation as we ultimately decided to replace the stove top entirely. However, he is very trustworthy and I wish he could replace our stove top for us :)
