I recently had to contact a service center to repair my washing machine. I am very satisfied with the service! The technicians arrived on time, listened carefully to the problem, and quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out that the problem was with the pump, which wasn’t draining the water. The whole job took no more than an hour, and now the machine works like new! I especially appreciated that the specialists explained the cause of the breakdown and gave me advice on how to maintain the appliance to avoid similar issues in the future. The prices were quite reasonable, and most importantly – the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The appointments were timely, the pro was punctual each visit, the work was efficient and the company very responsive while we evaluated our options. They offered fair pricing to begin with ($39 for an on-site estimate that goes towards any work?? We’ve had techs in here that charge 4x - 5x that for just an estimate) and gave a further discount when we asked them to also check & clean out the dryer & vent line since he was already working on the dryer washer. This was one of the better home service experiences I’ve had in quite a while. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their appliances.

Evgenie did an amazing amazing job. He was honest, very professional and diagnosed and fixed our hvac. He is so good he is coming tomorrow to chain air filters and even fix our Sub zero fridge too. He will now be our appliance and hvac maintainence guy forever and will pass his info to all our friends. Finding honest people these day is like winning the lottery specially in our zipcode.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    If you will choose the diagnosis only for the price of visit fee (29$) the diagnosis of the second unit will be offered for free. If you will choose to proceed with the repairment of two (or more) units the discount on the labor of 10% will be provided. We also provide service of unit disposal and unit installation. We can buy a unit with your consent(we offer options with your budget and requests) and install it in one day.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When a new customer is choosing to schedule with us we're informing them about the time and visit fee. We offer to put in any request for the technician beforehand. (For example to call customer 15 minutes ahead) The customer may request a prior consult and a rough estimate of the cost for the repairment project relying on the model of the unit and problem description.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Our technician is an engineer with a degree and 13 years of experience. He worked with a variety of units and brands and knows the appliances like the back of his own hand.
