Raul did a great job with repairing two of our hose bibs. He responded quickly and was even able to show up same day. His pricing was extremely reasonable and was very professional and courteous. We originally thought we would have to completely replace our hose bibs, but he was able to fix them without having to dig into the stucco of our house which was a huge relief. BEST EVER, A++! So with a 3 month old at home and not a lot of sleep, I finally got around to flushing my water heater tank, leaving some water in the pan. Like a moron I forgot that my heater has an auto shutoff if any water is detected. After seeing my posting and sensing the situation, instead of charging for a visit, P&M gave me a free troubleshooting call and walked me through a few things and boom - I'm back with hot water, a little sheepish but wiser and ultimately SO impressed and thankful. That was a stellar move and you can bet if I have any plumbing issues in the future I know who I'm gonna call.
