The technician was on time and started working immediately. He spent enough time to figure out what was wrong and gave me the total price to fix the problem. It was a very reasonable price and he was done promptly after I gave approval. Nice to have it fixed without breaking the bank. Thank you!

We had a tough one to solve, but Alex, with Residential and Commercial Appliance Repair was tenacious in figuring it out. I would have given a 5 star if he didn't have to return 3 times, but I could have given less had he given up. Took some time, but we learned together and it was a great value. I think Alex was just as concerned about getting us fixed as we were. I would definitely use them for other fixes, if needed. Great to work with!!!!
