- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please don't allow pricing to be a barrier for your child/ren. There are payment plans, as well as group discounts. There are monthly dues as well as fees for additional clinics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone calls are part of our protocol to ensure there are no questions left unanswered. Text messages, voicemails, and emails are answered within 24 hours, unless there are unforeseen circumstances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a Bachelor's degree in business, while interning with --- for --- years. I began coaching middle schoolers at Marshall Middle School of LBUSD before branching out to develop my own company in everything surrounding basketball.
