Roman was a magician and very meticulous! He did a beautiful job on the carpet. He completely lifted the stains from a rug that was soiled 8 out of 10. Lastly, he applied protectant so in the future most of the soiling will come out of the carpet with a vacuum.Art's is a quality operation. They provide continuous communication at all stages of the appointment and visit process!

I couldnt be more impressed and happier with Arts. Theyve come by several times over the years to deep clean the carpets and rugs, and because of the outstanding service they've provided, I asked them to come back for an intensive restoration of the grout and tiles.When they arrived, they were courteous enough to help me move some of the heavier furniture out of the way before starting. They were not only careful about protecting the baseboards, walls, and furniture from water damage, but just as meticulous in restoring the floors.They began with a deep pre-treatment for the grout stains using premium non-toxic and nearly odorless solutions. Inch by inch, they worked with a power brush to lift off years of buildup and accumulated discoloration that no DIY can achieve. As you can see in the photos, the transformation was nothing short of impeccable.

Very happy with the results ! They were able to come 2 days after from when i called & explained everything very well. They made sure i was 100% happy with my couch & rug. Price was the best in the county, very fast and efficient & good communication. Would recommend !
