Great job! Our carpet was in pretty bad conditions and he did a fantastic job! Removed literally all removable stains. The carpet looks exactly as it did the day we moved in and we have 3 little kids and 2 dogs. Will use again for sure

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work together with new customers, we do a full detailed inspection that checks the size, condition and the age of the carpet.
Also, we check for any spots or stains to make sure that it's possible to remove them.
After that we give to the customer our professional inspection and cost of the cleaning and the customer approves the price, we start to do our cleaning.
