- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Luckily in my business, my continuing education is at every fabulous restaurant I visit. I eat out a lot and study the menus and eat delicious food so that I can be inspired to create amazing menus for my clients week after week.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned to cook standing on a stool in my grandmothers kitchen. I always had a whisk or spoon in my hand. I loved being in the kitchen and learning how food was made and making our family happy with deliciousness. It was very natural for me to attend culinary school and have success in the hospitality industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In the past I have had clients who needed me to cook everyday, a few times a week, prepare a dinner party, travel with them, manage an event, and do household shopping. Every client is different and I will customize a plan to fit your needs perfectly.
