My LG washer had burnt smell. Fuse sent Audrey to do a diagnostic the next day. He was very professional and detail-oriented. He even leveled my washer for me at the end. I will be moving in two months and I will use Fuse again for my new home project. Five stars for Audrey!

Worked with the company to repair my dishwasher. This was the second company I used, as the first did not properly diagnose the problem. Eric did a great job; he informed me for the appropriate timeline that was expected because he needed to order a part; was thorough, observed appropriate CoVid protocols and didn't mind my dog's curiosity as he fixed the dishwasher. Great service.

Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to come sooner than scheduled appointment to expedite the repairs. The circuit panel had to be sent out for repairs and was back in 48 hours. Which made me very happy to have my dryer operating in 72 hours. Very pleased with the technician getting to the source of the issue and repaired quickly.
