Adam was amazing and helped me very quickly solve my video output issue. He was so fast in fixing my first issue, he also helped me set up a Wacom tablet as well. Extremely well priced compared to other remote help offered on Thumbtack. I would 1000% recommend Adam to help solve pesky computer troubles!!

I came to Adam with a rather tedious & difficult task - made all the harder because we had to do it remotely due to COVID. Adam had a very clear understanding of what I needed, had tremendous patience during the whole process, didn't get frustrated or put off by my millions of questions. He is extremely nice, able to speak my language, knew what he was doing, and among so many other good qualities his rates were great (and he said he'd guarantee & follow-up with anything I needed regarding the project for a year at no additional cost.) He REALLY went out of his way to help, over & over again, and was determined to do whatever it took to get the job done. He's fantastic & overall great to talk to & work with... Total pleasure!
