Omar responded to my initial inquiry quickly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He installed a new desktop and transferred the data from the old desktop to the new unit. He was punctual. His estimate for the time spent was accurate. He reassured me regarding any data security concerns that I had. His cost was much lower than the Geek Squad. I would not hesitate in recommending Omar for his expertise, punctuality, and value.

Omar was very informative. He knew what the problem was before working on the labtop. My mom and I liked how he explained every solution in detail, from deleting our cache and cookies, to locking our labtops after every use, to buying a firewall. You could tell he knew alot about tech. Thank you for your help Omar! And thank you Thumbtack for offering this great website!
