Omar did a phenomenal job, cleaned my printer and got it almost to new level print quality again, when i thought it was a write off. He took his time to test it profusely, as well as explaining to me how to avoid this issue in the future (using cheap ink which damages/dirties the laser which leads to bad quality prints. Very grateful and i will come back to him for sure.
