- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up cooking and baking with my mom. As an adult, I began experimenting with food and recipes which lead to starting a small food blog. After a life-changing event in 2010 I traveled to Italy solo for 3 weeks where I fell even more in love with food and cooking. I enrolled in culinary school and switched careers from bookkeeping to feeding people.
