That question mark on my Macbook freaked me out! My computer guy could not help he said my drive was shot and referred me to a few places. I felt at ease within 5 minutes after talking to Maria and trusted her with my files. She made sure to send me email updates twice a day and within 2 days I had all my files back. I am one happy camper.

DataMechanix was able to help me when others couldnt. I recently had my entire MacBook replaced, shipped the old one to Apple. I tried to restore my Time Machine backups to my new laptop and was not successful. I took it in to my local Apple Store and they were unsuccessful also, they said the backups were corrupt and referred me to DataMechanix. I wanted a second opinion and asked my computer guru friend, he could not help. Funny thing is he also referred me to DataMechanix, said they were the best in the industry. I worked with Maria at DataMechanix. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, I felt comfortable leaving my drive with her. The next day she called me and gave me the good news, my data was completely recoverable!

Great customer service! Maria kept me updated and at ease during the entire procedure. My drive failed over the weekend, in panic I tried to fix the problem myself but only made it worse. I started calling around and Data Mechanix was the only business without an automated machine or voicemail and available to help immediately! Thank you!
