I rely on Trena for both pet sitting and training because she’s great at both. My dogs love her and so do I. I have had some problems with dog aggression and destruction and she has helped me in so many ways. She is confident and sooo reliable. I highly recommend.

We've used Trena for dogtraining for our rescue dog that we recently adopted, and for dog sitting purposes. Her dog sitting is very reasonably priced, and she definitely takes great care of our baby. There was a noticeable difference in how Koko was when she came back home from being babysat by Trena vs. another Rover we've used in the past!
As a trainer, she's been great as well. Our dog was giving us all sort of fits with not wanting to listen on walks, not wanting to poop in our backyard, and Trena helped us address them all in a short period of time. You can tell Trena understands dogs and knows what each dog needs to break out of their shell and start to behave. Would highly recommend!

Love Trena! Met her through another dog mom for dogtraining and Trena would take my dog, train her and also just take off my hands for a couple hours since I have 2 new small human babies. She was very helpful in many ways!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to best fit my clients budget as much as I can. I do offer packages and individual pricing. However, I do also adjust to best fit my clients needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client hires me, I make sure they feel like they are part of our family. I make sure I am always there for them, take care of their pet like they were my own, my clients can call me day or night and I am always checking in with them, to see how their pet is doing, how the training is going and how can I help in any way.
I also will go to any pet supply house and pick up any food or other supplies for their pet.
I want my clients to know they can count on me no matter what. My personal connections with my clients and their pet is what makes my job the best job ever!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied dogs and their behavior almost my entire life. They are fascinating creatures. I have been mentored by the most renowned trainers and have learned unique qualities along the way. Dogs are highly intelligent, more than we can imagine. Working with such amazing animals is such a dream come true!
