Sal's performance was a stark contrast to my earlier encounter; he arrived on time, displayed a wealth of knowledge, and executed the job flawlessly. I am genuinely impressed by how Monica and her team handled the situation, showing that Air Ducts King values its customers and is dedicated to providing quality service. Sal's expertise and professionalism have completely changed my perspective on the company. I highly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. It's reassuring to see a business that truly cares about its customers' experiences and takes immediate action to ensure satisfaction. ——— Roy arrived on time but was unprepared, lacking essential tools for the job, including a crucial Bosch battery pack for his drill. I ended up lending him a drill and a cleaning rag, highlighting his lack of readiness. Despite claiming to specialize in dryer vent cleaning, Roy was unable to clean my vent due to its challenging angle, a detail not communicated beforehand. The pricing was also unclear, with the final charge of $230 contradicting the initial $150 quote given over the phone. The situation became particularly unprofessional when Roy asked me to operate the drill while he managed the equipment, further demonstrating the wrong choice of vendor for this task. In the end, I paid a $40 service fee for an unsuccessful attempt to clean the vent. The experience with unclear pricing, lack of preparation, and inability to perform the service leads me to advise against using this company for dryer vent cleaning.
