The initial response back from Smart Pro after my inquiry was literally 5 minutes. I immediately called and Raul picked up and we talked for 1/2 hour about the concerns and their services. We scheduled a service the next day. The price was reasonable and did not require a multi- visit contract. He even followed up with a phone call later that day to confirm. The tech showed up within the time window given, he was professional and receptive to our concerns and addressed all of them. He was neat and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing exterminating services and the plus was supporting a local business !
