Mike from Strategic was so easy to talk to and readily available to answer our questions. This pest issue was handled immediately by them and were even early on the day of appointment. The technician that came out listened to our problems and clearly reviewed how he would be attacking the issue on the first visit.After the initial visit they do warn that there will be an upswing in the pests you might see, they are trying to escape the spray put down, so we were a little prepared for that. Even with some concerns we had Dustin was quick to get in contact with us to assure the issue was normal.I appreciate their help and am more than satisfied with the company. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

I signed up to have this company service our house. We live in a brand new community and Blake was going around offering a great deal. I received a bill for a service that was never done. Then some one showed up a couple days later unannounced and did my front yard and garage. I was told I would get a call to schedule the rest of my service within a few days. In the meantime Blake was texting me asking for my CC to get paid. I explained I will happily pay once my service is completed. Well, never heard from anyone to reschedule. I finally texted Blake expressing my dissatisfaction with the company and he didn't respond, but he liked my message. Very disappointed in how this was handled !!!

Very friendly and professional service! Ivan did a great job with educating us on the service today as well as getting all the spider webs down. Very pleased! Thanks Ivan and Strategic! I had 3 other pest control companies before and this is the best service I have experienced

Signed up for 1 year service. 1st visit half off, 3 more at full rate. They sweep for spiders and spray non-toxic for bugs and use granules in the grass for the rest. The technicians are friendly and informative and take the time to do thorough service yet it is pretty expedient and efficient.
