Today I was in need of a new toilet installation. I had expected to put in my request and then schedule the work for tomorrow since it’s Memorial Day. Instead Evgeny responded immediately that he was able to come right over! Once he arrived he realized my newly purchased toilet wasn’t going to fit the space and drove back over to Lowe’s with me to purchase a toilet that would actually fit!
