Ilya provided me with the fairest estimate for the jobs needed. He is a multitalented handyman who did a beautiful job painting, caulking, replacing tiles. He was neat. No cleanup required. He scheduled his repairs on my time frame. My experience with Ilya was excellent. I plan to use him on multiple jobs and highly recommend him.
