I can't say enough good about this team. Serge and Anna came and sized up the job, gave a quote, which they honored. The painting looks great! They were punctual, and handled the supplies (since I know very little about paint etc). They did a great job of "prepping" so the fixtures weren't painted as well. Payment was easy. OK, let me put it this way: I'm keeping their number, and hiring them again when I need more painting!

I am the property manager of a 4-plex building who hired Serge Painting to do touchup painting and restoration of one of the units. The townhouse was a very challenging project for the following reasons: 1) the previous painter did a poor job of painting the unit and Serge Painting had to fix many of his errors. The previous painter left me a gallon of his paint. I purchased the exact paint that he used to do touchup painting only to discover later (thanks to Serge Painting) that it was not the correct color – he mixed different color paints to paint different rooms (the dining room and bathrooms were different colors). Serge painting advised me how to correct the problems and they had to repaint the entire dining room for an additional charge which was reasonable. After they did the work, both the dining room and living room was restored to “normal” and are now the same color. 2) In one bedroom, there was paintball (bright fluorescent pink) paint left by a previous tenant which was bleeding through the existing paint. Serge fixed the problem and thankfully there is no sign of the paintball. 3) In two other bedrooms, there was motor oil and some type of grease and stains on the wall and they were able to correct and repaint these areas with several coats of paint and blend it in with the existing paint on the wall so that it didn’t appear that only “touch up” painting was done. That was my main concern – when I first hired them, I was really concerned that they wouldn’t be able to blend the new touch-up painting areas with the existing paint on the walls, but they managed to do it! 4) They were able to work through a large amount of area in a short amount of time. I was a bit concerned they wouldn’t finish in 1 day, but they got the job done. I am very thankful to have hired Serge Painting and I highly recommend them to anyone who has challenging “painting issues”! I was also happy with their responsiveness. They came out on a Sunday to give an estimate and they worked very diligently to complete the project in one day. In real estate, time is money so their diligence was greatly appreciated.
