- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing job details, location, and access (stairs, elevators, parking). Then we confirm the crew size and provide a clear hourly estimate. On moving day our team arrives on time with all tools and moving equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers are trained in safe lifting, proper wrapping, and furniture protection. We use professional moving techniques to prevent damage and injuries. Safety and efficiency are our top priorities.
