Armen delivered exceptional craftsmanship. He was responsive throughout the process & transparent with material cost/pricing. I am extremely pleased with my decision to hire him. I needed to replace an external door that was smaller than standard sizes found online, and he addressed the challenge by constructing a custom, solid, weatherproof door. I do discuss the items in detail and give a written proposal to be approved. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually listen to my customer demand then I ask them to send me pictures. After that step by step I describe the things that needs to get done so both sides are fully clear. I always do my best to offer the best way not the cheapest.
