Not only does Armen do quality work at a reasonable rate, he is genuinely a good human. He showed up when he said he would, he communicated his schedule, he completed the work in the agreed upon time and was a pleasure to work with. I do discuss the items in detail and give a written proposal to be approved. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually listen to my customer demand then I ask them to send me pictures. After that step by step I describe the things that needs to get done so both sides are fully clear. I always do my best to offer the best way not the cheapest.
