It was a great experience having the door fixed. The affected areas were repainted so seamlessly that it looked as though no repair had ever been done. We also learned that this issue is quite common in our area.

I do discuss the items in detail and give a written proposal to be approved. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually listen to my customer demand then I ask them to send me pictures. After that step by step I describe the things that needs to get done so both sides are fully clear. I always do my best to offer the best way not the cheapest.
