Bruce responded to my request quickly and made sure he understood exactly what I needed. He needed to shorten the cabinet above my refrigerator to accommodate my new refrigerator. The result was great! While he was here I needed adjustments to a cabinet space to fit a new microwave. He completed that additional work as he had the time. I would not hesitate to hire Bruce again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer giving fixed cost estimates for a project. This benefits the client by having them know what the cost is upfront. With hourly rates businesses sometimes "stretch" the job a lot longer then it needs to be. If I do give hourly rates, I will give an estimated time I think the job will take.
