Dmitrii set up our giant trampoline all by himself! It was in 3 140lb boxes when he arrived and he took care of it from start to finish, and even gave us stability tips before he left. He communicated well, worked hard, and exceeded expectations. I'd be quick to hire him again for any assembly or handyman work that he was available to do for us!

UPDATE - the main person whose business is was texted me after the below experience and offered to come back and complete any additional work at no extra charge. I took him up on this offer and he arrived within 24 hours. I appreciate him offering this to remedy my experience. ———————— The handyman was late and didn't speak English so we had to communicate via Google translate which is ok but just made it a bit harder to explain and on top of him being late wasn't ideal. Other than that, he was professional and got everything done in a timely manner. I wish he spaced out some of the wall hangings better but because he was late, I had to leave while he did some of the work and wasn't there to "approve" the placement. He did find a workaround to fix my bed which was nice because initially he said he might have to go to Home Depot so saved me time and money that he didn't have to.

We have the best price in the market. There are no hidden fees; you will know every small detail of the quote, and everything is itemized in the invoice. Our quotes, however, do not include moving services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of working with a new Customer is we discuss the project . I need to get pictures of items to give full estimate! We agree on a price that works best. After that the Customer should send the Address to confirm schedule and timeframe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have standard background checks; they are professional, skilled, efficient, and respectful. They wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers, and they have been briefed to keep their physical distance in accordance with Covid-19 protocols.
