Russell the technian was quick to respond and provided a fair and reasonable estimate for a gas Bosch cooktop igniter issue we were having problems with. Unfortunately he couldn't repair the stove even after working on it for over an hour. He charged us just $50 for his time which was definitely fair. He tried everything possible too. We need a new cooktop. We will more than likely use him to install the new appliance. We also sent him to a Huntington Beach rental that we have for an electric stove burner issue. After ordering some parts Russell took care of the problem. The tenant is now delighted to be able to use her stove again. Oh, one more thing-----while at the rental unit he was able to repair a wall heater for a nominal charge. Killed two birds, essentially, with one stone. Saved us some bucks. Thanks, Russell.

Russell was awesome! He responded to my inquiry quickly on a Saturday and came same day. He fixed my dryer and I also had him look at our dishwasher.
