- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer: Initial Contact – I respond quickly and ask for photos, measurements, and a short description of the job. Quote & Scheduling – Based on the info, I provide an estimate and suggest available dates. Prep & Arrival – I arrive on time, with the right tools and materials, ready to start immediately. Work Execution – I focus on clean, efficient, high-quality work with regular check-ins to make sure you're happy. Cleanup & Walkthrough – I leave your space clean and go over the results with you before finishing. My goal is to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in construction and remodeling. I started by building commercial spaces, including movie theaters and industrial facilities, which gave me a strong foundation in structural work, finishes, and systems. Later, I shifted to residential remodeling — everything from kitchens and bathrooms to full interior upgrades. This mix of commercial and home renovation experience allows me to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented work on projects of any size.
