- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150 minimum service charge-2 hours and under of work. For anything booked beyond the 2 hours, the initial will be waived and an hourly rate of 65/hr will be applied. For more extensive projects we also do bids which is a fixed rate to ensure better value to the client. **Please inquire about discounts when booking a specialized trade through us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by speaking with the client to understand what the goals and expectations are for the project. We will then have a thorough discussion in regards to planning and executing the project, once that is completed and an agreement is made, we simply show up and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working as journeyman for many years under licensed contractors as well as working alongside licensed professionals in many trades.
