- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent. I normally work at an hourly rate, with a minimum service call. Materials are paid separately at cost, and I always discuss all expenses with the customer in advance. For larger projects, I can provide a flat-rate estimate. No hidden fees — ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the customer’s request, asking clarifying questions, and discussing possible solutions. If needed, I can come for an in-person assessment. Before beginning the job, I clearly explain the scope of work, pricing, and expected time. I work clean, carefully, and always keep the customer updated during the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in home repairs, installation work, carpentry, painting, electrical basics, and general maintenance. I continuously improve my skills, study modern materials and tools, and follow safety standards. I treat every project with professionalism and attention to detail.
