I welcome the future customer. my name is Ivan and I am a professional builder. In 2006, he graduated from the capital's University of Civil Engineering with a degree in civil and industrial engineering. Since then, all my subsequent activities have been connected with almost every area of construction. This gives me a lot of experience and knowledge of how all processes are interconnected and work in symbiosis. I also know how and love to work with my hands. By contacting me, you are unlikely to want to look for other masters, but if I am busy, I will definitely offer you a worthy replacement.

Ivan did a great job! I’m very happy with the results. He was very thoughtful and found solutions as he was working. He fixed the gap and now that annoying crack is gone! I highly recommend using his services. He is very professional and also a personable guy. Thanks, Ivan!

Ivan was a great handyman! He helped drill a hole into my granite countertop and install my new reverse osmosis system. He did a fantastic job, was very professional, and very good at explaining everything. I definitely will use Ivan again for any future projects I may have! Thanks again Ivan!

Ivan is responsive, punctual, professional and courteous. I gave him a list of things to fix and install in my condo, all of which were handled to my satisfaction. I appreciate that he showed me certain parts to order online for him to replace on a return visit. All said and done, in 2 visits, Ivan installed a new garbage disposal, kitchen sink faucet, reverse osmosis water filtration system under kitchen sink, and 2 shower heads. My toilets also needed some attention, and a few other minor items were repaired. I would hire Ivan again for other home projects in the future.

I hired Ivan to repair a fence gate that was broken and not opening. Ivan showed up on time and fixed the issues with the gate. It looks like a brand new gate now! I appreciate his attention to details and his commitment to provide quality service.
