John arrived on time. Had professional ladder. Tight light bulb and asked to turn it on. Remove recessed light, reset one holding plate on top, the other plate was fine. Cleaned it. Placed recessed light in plate and asked to o test it several times. Did not provide receipt but said to text him if a problem. Great job.
