Alex and Vitali of Otter’s Decking & Siding LLC are true craftsmen who performed a well executed project for a very reasonable price, providing high quality workmanship, adherence to schedule, and much appreciated attention to details. The project consisted of removal of 120 LF of water damaged wood siding and underlayment along the foundation of our garage; installation of new waterproofing membrane including the sealing of all seams; installation of new siding; caulking all joints and cutouts for electrical panels and exterior plumbing; and finishing the project with two coats of paint to match existing. They completed the project from demolition to installation and painting in two days per the agreed upon schedule. Alex talked us through the entire project before proceeding with the work and then kept us informed as the work progressed. They kept the project site organized and cleaned up after each day. They were respectable, responsive and professional when addressing my questions and concerns. We are very pleased with the project’s outcome and the quality of craftsmanship provided by Otter’s Decking & Siding LLC.

We had a ceiling drywall replacement that was urgent as we had an open house the next day. Alex worked on Saturday and completed the project. He worked long hours to see it through, rather than take several days. The workmanship was excellent as was his attitude. They left the work area ad they found it. He is very knowledgeable and is a craftsman. I would certainly contact Alex again if I had a project. You cannot go wrong here!
