- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive! We are focused on not being the cheapest cleaners out there, but also not the most expensive. We are somewhere between the middle and top in terms of our pricing model. All of our cleaners are trained, background checked, authorized to work in the US!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All we need is a short conversation via phone to figure out what needs to take place with the clean within the home. We will book the job and we are good to go
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management and worked in organizational leadership for 12 years in the SaaS space. I have led hundreds of employees. It's my passion!
