Bob, Sorry for your experience with Roasted Design.
We came to COVID 19 right at the time of submitting your project and I was not able to Submit your project to the City personally. And the City did not have such an online submittal by then. I had reimbursed all your money and gave you the construction package to submit yourself and had expected you to understand the situation as we were in beginning of COVID and everything was shot down by then. Hope you were able to get your project permitted off of my free drawings. Best of luck to you.
