Jesus and team were great, they were quick to fix the leak and spotted extra issues I wouldn’t have thought of. They fixed them at a reasonable price. There are the guys I’ll be using for my retic moving forward.

My sprinkker pipe under the concrete was leaking. Jesus and his team was able to diagnose and fix the issue pretty quickly. He was very responsive and has very reasonable fees. Glad that I’ve found them. It looks like we will have more projects for them. I’ve attached before and after photos. The concrete is still wet, but I wanted to share.

We initially hired this company to level a section of our backyard and reinstall some turf for us. Jesus was very responsive, offered a competitive price, and was able to have his team come out to do the work within two days. His team went above and beyond, and we were so happy with the quality of the work that we hired them for a second job, having them weed and clear out our overgrown slope and grade the dirt. They came out the next day, and did a great job for a great price. We are really happy to have found this company, and plan to use them again and recommend them to friends.

Jesus and his team a very responsive, work with us on finding the right solution for the problem, responded when communicating before and around what the solution is and about pricing, showed up earlier than he said he would be here, completely the work and the work area very clean after him plus make sure we test and make sure everything is fine. On the top of everything it's just a very super nice guy which makes it more pleasant.

My original job was for replacing grass with artificialturf for my front lawn. That expanded also to improving an ivy hedge and installing sod in my back yard. I initially was impressed with the comprehensiveness of Sierra Fuerte's proposal, and as the work progressed, their competence and knowledge of various aspects of landscaping installation and maintenance were evident.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing always includes labor and materials and any associated costs, pricing will always be broken down, materials pricing always reflects wholesale pricing and any discounts or bulk pricing provided to the contractor will ultimately be passed down to the end consumer, OUR CLIENTS.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact an in person/on-site meeting will be scheduled to gather all needed information to properly generate a quote.
Within a week from that meeting a proposal is sent with all corresponding information to the client.
A follow up call is made the day after the proposal is sent to go over any questions, comments, Or concerns regarding the proposal.
If proposal is approved, a tentative start date is provided to the client and a follow up is made a week prior to the actual start date.
During the week prior to the start date a “pre construction “ walk is scheduled to go over any questions regarding logistics, staging, access, etc, as well as an internal discussion with our crew foreman to go over all details.to this meeting also allows the client to bring up any last minute ideas or changes prior to project start date.
Weekly updates are provided during the course of the project and/or on the daily depending on job size, duration, or significant occurrence.
Once Job is completed it is walked thoroughly with the client and a punch list will be made shall any items need to be addressed or corrected.
A week or less will be asked to complete punch list and then do a final walk trough/turnover
Payment is required upon job final turnover
