FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will not provide price quotes without first getting the customer to fill out our super easy and quick "online" request form. Providing a comprehensive quote for the customer requires 1) input from the prospect about their specific requirement(s) and 2) a thorough analysis of the prospect's RFQ (request for quote) before preparing an accurate quote for the prospect to review and respond to. We offer a 5% discount for cash payment of the final invoice and or a 10% Loyalty Discount, for repeat customers. Roughly 30% of our business is from repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Prospect fills out, then, e-mails their request for quote (RFQ), into HQ, 2) BPM staff analyzes the RFQ, then, prepares a comprehensive quote, 3) BPM staff e-mails quote to prospect's e-mail address, within 24 hours, 4) BPM staff interacts with prospect to make changes, answer questions, 5) BPM staff adjusts quote particulars and resends, via e-mail, if necessary, 6) Prospect e-mails BPM confirming approval of terms described in quote, 7) BPM staff sends customer e-mail that confirms scheduled move date is set.
