- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is standard. In special cases I do work with clients to stay within budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For me, there is no typical. I will always start with a introduction and an in depth discussion on what the problem is and where it is the client wants to go. From there the process can go many ways. I find it most beneficial to communicate what I believe the situation to be, and have the client add or subtract to that scenario. Finding answers to deep problems can be confusing/complicated. I try my best to keep everything as simple as possible. Over the years I have found getting to know the client as much as possible is the best way to begin moving forward.

No formal education. Many years of life experience.
