- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fixed project price on tasks with a pre-set budget and also hourly charge on longer projects or temp work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A well-defined scope of work is asked from each new client. Once finalized, we work off a quoted service invoice. A 50% downpayment is required to start and once we accomplish all the work within a set timeline, we require the full payment.
