Introduction
I am ISSA certified and am currently a 3rd year biochemistry student at UC Irvine, California! I personally have been working out for 3 years and have worked at LA fitness for over a year. Now I have my own private training in OC, California to genuinely help those who are struggling with fat loss, muscle gain, and fitness overall. I specialize in booty/glute building! Personally, I highly believe in physical, mental, and emotional health, and helping build those strengths within my clients is very significant to me. Just started with Taylor and been enjoying how working out again makes me feel! We eased into the first few days since I hadn’t been as active in a while keeping the workouts lighter but still pretty challenging. We started hiking up the intensity now and I definitely am seeing some improvements in toning overall and muscle growth in my target areas! She also provides me workouts to do throughout the week when we’re not training together and meal plans to make sure my diet is supporting my fitness goals. Overall really excited to see the growth!
