FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a pricing system for my services. There are some instances where the photography requires an adjustment to the photography and creativity fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First finding out what the customers needs and aspirations are for great photographs and seeing if we are a good fit. I prefer, whenever possible to meet in person with my customer(s). Although this is not always the case, communication via phone is acceptable. It is very important to me that we have a great photographer and customer relationship, because I want to ensure that I can draw the best from the customer in the photography that I am hired to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took classes in high school and college to have access to the darkroom. I am mostly self taught until I mentored with Robert Weygand on the Big Island of Hawaii in the early 2000's. He instilled most of the technical "know how" in all of the photography that I do today, especially in b&w. B&W film is my favorite, and is also available to my customers by special request.
