- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tuning is a flat fee of $170. Additional services are priced based on the condition of the piano and the work involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a thorough inspection of the piano before tuning to make sure everything is in working order. If I notice anything out of the ordinary, I let the customer know and discuss the best way forward before proceeding. Once tuning is complete, I make sure the customer is satisfied with the results.
