Ali recently serviced our nearly 100 yea old Baldwin Grand, and we couldn't be more pleased. It was a big job! He replaced a few strings, did a thorough deep cleaning, and tuned it. What stood out is that he completed the entire service in a single Sunday visit rather than dragging it across multiple appointments, which we really appreciated. Tuning is a flat fee of $150. Additional services are priced based on the condition of the piano and the work involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a thorough inspection of the piano before tuning to make sure everything is in working order. If I notice anything out of the ordinary, I let the customer know and discuss the best way forward before proceeding. Once tuning is complete, I make sure the customer is satisfied with the results.
