We offer two budget-friendly service tiers designed for small communities: Simplified and Simplified Plus. The Simplified (complete accounting) covers essential financial management and board support. The Simplified Pro (remote management) covers the base plan, plus access to additional services including reserve study coordination, annual tax filings, state compliance support, and more. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
HOA Simplified has a 5-step, 30 day onboarding process dedicated to help board members succeed. Our goal is simple: make your life easier, keep your books clean, and help you stay in control—without the cost or complexity of full-service management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 40 years of accounting experience, with the owner having decades of HOA Management experience, and holding their CAM License.
