I have lived in my condominium association for 21 years and have never thought the property manager group we used was very responsive or helpful. All that has changed when we changed and started dealing with Mrs. Kiasha Delaney. In particular, using her as our Property Manager, she is amazing. She takes calls late at night, solved problems quickly, and is the nicest person. She runs all the homeowner's meetings and had added smart TVs for meeting minutes, budget items, and agendas.
