During COVID, Utopia did virtual inspections of my rental. They sent videos and photos so I could see everything from home. It was safe and convenient. They adapted quickly and kept me informed. Great service. They are forward-thinking.

The installation of high definition security cameras by Utopia Property Management in Orange County has been a game changer. Samantha ensured that the cameras cover every entry point, hallway, and parking area, and the footage is monitored regularly. She also posts friendly security reminders for residents, encouraging us to lock our doors and report any suspicious activity. The visible security measures deter any potential issues and keep everyone at ease.
