I was fortunate to meet Chance through an online lead source and he promptly met me at a home I was interested in. The home ended up not being suitable for my family's needs, but Chance who knew the area well had a few other homes he had already taken the liberty to arrange for us to view that day.
After roughly a month of searching we found our current home and couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.
