In California all commissions are negotiable. We will work with our client to make it a win-win for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with getting a complete understanding of what my client is trying to accomplish. What is the goal. Understanding the WHY is most important for a great outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of working in home inspection, mortgage and real estate as well as being an investor myself. I train constantly to be the best at what I do. I benefit my clients by having the experience and education to make informed course of action. I am also a highly trained negotiator.
