- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum charge for an on-site visit and diagnostics is $150, which covers the first hour of service or a professional consultation. This amount will be credited toward the total project cost only for 4+ PoE camera installation projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll send you a welcome message, ask for confirmation regarding my in-person visit fee, and ask for your address. I never call first — I respect both your time and mine. If someone calls you immediately after you submit a request, that is definitely not me. If your request is urgent, please reply to my message first, then call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master’s Degree in Computer Systems and Networks (KNURE). International background with experience in Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
