Great team on site and on the call. I wish they could dispatch 3 or 4 people instead of 2.
My move took 10 hours and it was 3 bedroom only and the distance was 3 min. The workers were working very fast but it was noticeable that there was lack of worker issue.

Our movers were friendly, professional, and worked very hard. We were happy with the job they did and truly appreciate their effort.
That said, I don’t feel they were set up for success. There were only two movers assigned to our move, and it quickly became apparent that they could have used at least one additional person. My boyfriend ended up helping move our heavier items just to keep things moving.
Despite having to assist with the move ourselves, we were still charged the full price. The lack of adequate staffing made the move take much longer than expected, which ultimately increased the cost. Given that we had to provide our own help, I believe some type of discount or adjustment would have been appropriate.
Again, I want to emphasize that the movers themselves were excellent and did a great job. My disappointment is with the staffing and pricing, not with the crew.
