They were very punctual. They worked quickly. They were friendly. And the value for the money was excellent. They Carried a 250 lb washing machine up a flight of stairs with two Landings quite the feet.

Everyone was very communicative, but the actual movers did not speak very well English and it was difficult to communicate with them. When I set up the appointment, they said they could be at the pick up location by 8 AM but they did not arrive until 9:30 AM, which was somewhat inconvenient. We estimated that it would take no more than 90 minutes but it took three hours so the cost was more than anticipated. Nevertheless, the work they did was very good and everyone was very polite and professional.

Really bad communication and unprofessional. Did not show up to the right place and were later than the agreed arrival window. Owners kept asking me for more money after we agreed to a flat rate. Scratched my new fridge. And continue to text me saying that they believe karma will get me for not paying the extra fees they kept trying to add on after the fact. I paid almost $300 for a scratched fridge and unprofessionalism.
