Alec was fantastic! He was on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. He worked very hard to accommodate the fact that my condo was on the third floor and that the closet parking spot was about 100 feet away from the balcony. Total cleaning time including prep was about 2 hours. Alec charged very little for the amount of work done and I would gladly have paid more, especially since he had to drive wayyy out of his usual service area! I recently had my condo renovated and Alec was able to remove all of the stains left from my contractor and previous tenant. My carpet looks like new and the best part is that he doesn't use harmful chemicals! I'm so happy with 8 Services and will definitely be using them again!!

I work crazy hours and absolutely needed my carpets cleaned.. Unfortunately, I was set to go out of town for a while and knew I would never get around to it after my trip. Of course, I put off this mandatory task until the last minute. With ~65 hours until my flight, I needed it done and could only schedule it with 2 nights' notice at best. But to make matters worse, I leave for work at 9am and get home at 10pm most nights, which meant that I had no choice but to leave my apartment unattended (leasing office was instructed to turn over the keys) in the hands of somebody I had never met. I quickly jumped onto Thumbtack and received 5 quotes almost right away. It was immediately clear that two of the five had not even bothered to read my project details as they clearly were unavailable during my narrow time frame and could not accommodate my needs. I was desperate to find a reputable company / provider, who I was blindly trusting with the full contents of my apartment and my 2 beloved cats, whose work I would not be home to oversee or point out areas requiring special attention, under a ticking clock with no guarantee other than Alec's word offered via text message - but I had no other choice. But I am so glad that I did! Alec had clearly taken the time to read my project request, immediately responded to my follow-up questions, understood my urgency and the vulnerability inherent to my predicament, and alleviated as much as my fear as a stranger in your unattended home could given the circumstances. He was amazing - he took the time to provide me with text updates knowing that I was intermittently unreachable at work and rightfully worried, he even notified me about how my cats fared throughout the process, and urged me to let him know if there were any problems or if I was disappointed/dissatisfied in any way. I've included pictures of the great job that Alec did. I'm very grateful for his high quality service and amazing attention to customer service. He was a true professional from start to finish. He was polite, attentive and efficient when communicating with me and was true to his word. Despite the unusual parameters and many obstacles created by the atypical circumstances of my request, he did a great job and I am quite pleased with his results. If you are considering him, know this: the quality of his work is excellent, his commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled, and he has earned my trust and continued business. Do not hesitate to put your trust in Alec - he will not disappoint. Thanks again Alec, for everything!

Oleg is truly a very kind, considerate and diligent carpet cleaner. Anyone who wants to hire someone with a very high work-ethic, Oleg is your man. He won't use harsh chemicals that can harm your children or your pets. either, unlike the other guys. You are crazy to go anywhere else. Hire Oleg!! And no, he didn't pay me to write this. This is how I actually feel about him. Just a great guy.
